The OTWMD is managed by an administrator to run the day to day operations. The administrator reports to a Board of Commissioners made up of members that live within the district boundaries. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 P.M. at the Ottertail City Fire Hall. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.
